Bryant Park Hotel
Nicole was tapped to take on a careful and comprehensive redesign of the iconic Bryant Park Hotel, the landmarked New York City institution which hasn’t been updated in more than 20 years. With an eye towards the building’s history, Nicole has redesigned 129 guest suites, lobby, and all other common areas. This redesign also includes a state of the art movie theater for private screenings.

Penthouse 1 Century
Situated in the iconic Century building, this Los Angeles penthouse with views across the city to the ocean is a rich and compelling testament to the way interiors can play off of and complement a blue chip art collection. The homeowner’s extensive collection of work, which includes pieces by Adolph Gottlieb and Frank Stella, is layered with a carefully selected mélange of modernist and antique furniture.

Cabo
Nicole is designing a 15,000 square foot home in the exclusive Four Seasons property, Costa Palmas in Cabo San Lucas. She has designed this project from the ground up, and its minimalist and modern architecture and interiors are intended to highlight the sweeping ocean views and beautiful scenery that encircle the property.

Art District Center
The first of its kind in Los Angeles, the Art District Center is a ground up project with a focus on highlighting the work of local artists. Nicole designed the project from inception to completion, which includes 129 guest rooms, a spa & wellness center, and all public spaces. For this hotel, Nicole curates the rotating art collection featured therein.

Garrett Leather
Just as she does for her residential clients, Nicole understands the importance of brand identity. For luxury heritage brand Garrett Leather, Nicole both redesigned and rebranded the company and its showroom in the D&D Building. She approached the redesign using a more minimalist, earth tone point of view to allow the product to shine. Additionally, she designed a capsule collection of furniture and lighting swathed exclusively in Garrett Leather, available exclusively on NicoleFullerInteriors.com.

Bal Harbour
For the 4th home designed for the same client and their family, Nicole designed a 27,000 square foot beach-front modernist glass house where the sweeping ocean views and a tailored art collection which Nicole curated will take center stage. Perched in the dock will be a yacht which Nicole is also designing.
