I wanted to bring the outside in by incorporating the myriad of colors in the sky and the metallics of the skyline and thread these elements together in the art and furnishings.

This 58th floor, 7,000 square foot residence in the heart of TriBeCa is the epitome of modern New York City with floor to ceiling windows boasting expansive city views. Witkoff Group and Fisher Brothers turned to Nicole Fuller to create an elegant model home that feels both lived-in and of-the-moment, the dreamy bird’s nest of a New York aesthete.
The modern entrance of fluted plaster suspends a commanding circular artwork by Alexander Yulish, for an intriguing inviting welcome. The fluted plaster motif is continued throughout the corridors allowing all the natural light from the surrounding floor to wall windows to dance through the home as the sun moves. Nicole designed a lot of the custom millwork in the space to balance modern design with cozy and rich elements like wrapping the entry doors with wood panels.
